I already ask how to clean the stroller fabric with faux leather, you told me don't use the washing machine. On the faux leather, I have some spots (look like colour from another dark fabric) and unfortunately, I can not remove them. What to do?

That seems like the color "stamped" itself over the eco-leather and stayed there long enough to sink in. I am so so sorry, but that is almost impossible to clean. Apart from cleaning it with a specialty leatherette cleanser (which most likely won't do itň), you'll probably have to learn to live with it as that would not go out with a washing machine either. I am sorry I wasn't of more help, but such a thing I already experienced and it never went out. You'll only rip the fabric by trying overly hard.
Still, I checked and found this useful article about cleaning faux leather, so it is definitely worth reading and trying out.
