I have been offered a used City Elite Single. I already have a Maxi-Cosi Mico Max infant car seat. Are the two compatible and, if yes, where can I purchase an adapter? Thank you!

Pretty much any Maxi-Cosi 0+ car seat should be compatible with the City Elite with adapters. The availability is, however, questionable - though I believe you will either get the adaptors OR the info where to get them at Baby Jogger's website https://www.babyjogger.com/support/contact-us otherwise, only browsing eBay could help).
