I have a 22 month old who is already too tall for our Joie Litetrax. We are looking for a stroller that can be used every day and still have room to grow. (I think we have at least another year of stroller use to go!)
He is 98cm and it is his upper body which seems to be too long for the backrest. Any information would be greatly appreciated :)

I would definitely go for a Baby Joger here, as they sport a tall seatback, and enough room and maneuverability to last even a larger child. From a Baby Jogger City Mini2 through a Baby Jogger City Mini GT2 to a Baby Jogger City Elite 2, these are the strollers I would most probably get. Apart from that, check the ABC Design Avus and the Valco Snap Trend, and from the smaller ones, the Uppababy Minu.
