I am looking for a stroller that goes up to 25kg or 30kg maximum weight limit.

The weight limit is one thing, but evenwith a test of up to 20-25-30 kg, many buggies just don't have the space. I suggest looking at the a bit larger strollers, and my suggestion here specifically would be the Baby Jogger City Elite 2 / Baby Jogger City Mini GT2, or the Britax B-Motion Plus that can take such a large toddler while having enough space for him or her.
