Hi!

I’m after a stroller for my 12 month old (10kg and 73cm tall), but I have a small boot so I’m struggling to find one which would fit. (It could be max is 90 x 53 x 30cm) Do you have a collection of a few which are good for smaller cars? We go for lots of forest walks and aren’t always on smooth pavements, so I feel like I’m not going to be able to get a robust stroller to fit!

Another thing I really wanted was one of those little flaps on the top so you can see your little one while they’re in the stroller, and a large waterproof hood with spf. Really I didn’t want to be spending more than £250. I hope you can help, but if I’m expecting too much please let me know!

Hello, Ava,

Well it is not easy. A more terrain capable stroller with a limited size and width especially, and for a lower price - I would probably also check pre-owned ones. I would definitely count on the stroller being less terrain capable with these restrictions.

I first thought of the ABC Design Avus (larger seat, larger canopy, larger wheels) - it is 54 cm wide, though that I believe you could squeeze in (or remove the rear wheels when loading). The Valco Snap SPORT with the inflatable wheels, if you can get your hands on one, is a light option with nice larger wheels so you would be able to cross more bumpy roads (even if not an all terrain model), AND it is 52 cm wide.

Lastly I will mention the Inglesina Maior that is truly not an all-terrain stroller however is narrow and the wheels aren't the smallest.

Your -very berry- Eli.

Now, this is your place to ask. I'm listening.
