And what is your budget? Does the stroller need to be reversible? Any terrain/price/looks requirements? I don't have that much to go on here. I would, however, suggest a Cybex Mios as that one is really comfy for the baby, reversible, and compatible with a Cybex car seat (with adapters), OR a Valco Ultra Trend if a bit larger though still light could work for you (and reversible is a must). I would also check the Quinny Zapp Flex as it has a similar to the Vista bucket-style seat.
From the non-reversible models, I will mention the Joolz Aer or the Uppababy Minu V2 if the stroller should be really, really small (to be used with only a car seat/bassinet for the first months) OR the lie-flat Ergobaby Metro+ (do count on the super small and/or lightweight buggies to not be completely upright); the Joie forward-facing pushchairs could work as they are nicely padded and reasonably upright, or perhaps the deep-seated Oyster Zero could work for you.
Do think about these and more of your requirements/limits and write to me again if need-be ^-^
