The Parent/World Facing Cabin Approved Strollers that you kindly suggested (Bugaboo Ant & Cybex Eezy S Twist) seem to be discontinued and their upgrades (Bugaboo Butterfly & Cybex Eezy S Twist +2) are either not Parent Facing or not Cabin Approved strollers. Are there any others that you could kindly suggest?

Unfortunately, no, these are it, as to make such a small stroller to be reversible, a LOT has to be taken away. If they are both discontinued, there might be a reason that there's not large enough market for these. I would definitely go through classifieds like eBay to check for a pre-owned one if you truly need that.
Apart from that, you only have the option to get one that accepts a newborn pack that works in the reversed direction (such as the Babyzen Yoyo), however these are much less comfortable in multiple aspects (short seatback, limited space in the newborn reversed setup, up to about 4-5 months of age in reality, and a larger size with the pack). Check also the Anex Air Z but it may be unavailable around you, still this one can be used in a simplified reversed mode.
I have nothing else to suggest :-) There are VERY few buggies like that.
