A reversible single-to-double with a tall backrest

I am in search for a large footprint stroller (single to double) for a large underneath storage space.
Looking for the stroller to have capability to be rear-facing and have the highest backrest height possible. The best I have found so far is the Uppababy Vista v2 with a backrest height of 58cm.
Can you find any higher?

Bonus if it is a more toxin-free option - free from flame retardants, etc.

Hey, Kirsten,

The Vista is definitely one of the best options here. I couldn't actually think of any other single-to-double with a taller backrest; the ABC Design Zoom has a 54cm backrest, and the Thule Sleek, for ex., has a seatback height of 51 cm.
