The Yoyo is overly expensive for that seat size (very small) and that seat angle (no lie flat without the very very space-limited newborn option and in the more upright position (when your baby will be able to sit up by itself) the seat is crazy slanted and not at all healthy for smaller nor bigger children. I really don't like that aspect of the Yoyo and don't recommend the stroller because of that (though it will work for you if only used with the Cloud Z car seat, but for just that use it is a bit too expensive a buggy).
The Lara is also very small at the start, and the doubled front wheels are kind of rattly. Also would not be my first choice but at least it is not so expensive so it would probably be my choice out of these two, price-value ratio considering.
I personally would most probably go for the Ergobaby Metro+ as the padded seat is larger and much more comfortable for babies, and it also accepts a cot as well as your car seat (with the Maxi-Cosi adapters, it will fit). Another good option would be the Recaro Lexa, which also pretty much lies flat and accepts Maxi-Cosi/Cybex car seats, though you'd have to check the availability of the pushchair as well as adaptors around you as not everywhere they are sold. Lastly, I will mention the Cybex Beezy or the Cybex Eezy S+² which are compatible with the Cybex Cloud Z, too, and also are easy, reasonably practical to use. And they offer a full recline.
